Parkersburg, Parkersburg Dist., Wood Co., WV - ED 138, Sh 2B, Ln 418, 39/43 See son John's Notes for 1910 & 1920 Federal Census entries. - Amanda Jacqueline Haddox, 81 year, 2 month, 2 day old married (sic) white female, a retired housewife living at 418 Green, Parkersburg, Wood Co., WV, died at home at 9 A.M. on 4 Jan 1922. She was born 2 Nov 1840 in Fauquier Co., VA to John & Kathryn Smith, their places of birth unknown. Information was supplied by John D. Haddox of same address. - Cause of death was Pneumonia, with fracture hip being contributory. She was attended by a physician (signature unclear) from 29 Dec 1921 to the date of death, last seeing her alive on 3 January. - She was removed to Front Royal, VA for burial on 6 Jan 1922.
